Once I read one of Stephen Covey's books Seven Habits of a Highly Effective Family and one of the things he said was that "People don't do what you EXpect, they do what you INspect" Thanks for keeping thoughts in front of us Don, because we need to keep this in our minds when thinking about our elected officials... Good cartoon.
